At Dentaura. We know that timely delivery of clinical supplies is critical to the smooth operation of your dental practice. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible .
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order (such as a delay in customs clearance for our imported stock), we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We deliver pan-India using reliable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).

- Cost : Flat rate of ₹59 (or FREE on orders over ₹1999).
- Estimated Delivery Time : 3 To 7 business days, depending on your location in India.

Express Shipping (If applicable):
- Cost : ₹89
- Estimated Delivery Time : 3 To 7 business days, depending on your location in India.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or remote clinic locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracker
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Dentaura ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Out Of Stock & Backorders
Since our products are imported directly from our manufacturing partners in the PRC and Vietnam, occasional restock delays may occur.
- If an item in your order goes out of stock after the order is placed, we will ship the available items immediately and notify you about the backordered item.
- You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
6. Damages During Transit
We ensure that all delicate items, such as files and burs, are securely packed to maintain their seals. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Please take photos or an unboxing video immediately.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours at 7777921887 so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a prompt replacement for you. (Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for more details).
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Dentaura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
